Engage@EMPath is an online learning platform operated by EMPath (Economic Mobility Pathways) that provides educational courses, resources, and community features focused on economic mobility, Mobility Mentoring®, and related practices.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Share or distribute course content without proper authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or access Platform content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including courses, materials, trademarks, and logos, are the property of EMPath or its licensors. Mobility Mentoring® is a registered trademark of EMPath. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content to the Platform, you grant EMPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform's operation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EMPath does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

EMPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
